The York Barbell FTS Power Cage is part of our light commercial grade line of equipment. This line is perfect for in home use but can also be utilized in small studio gyms or schools. The unit features multiple bar hooks for flexible use with a variety of exercises. These bar hooks can easily be moved to meet the needs of any exercise being performed inside or outside of the cage. Moveable safety bars are also featuring on this cage to provide additional safety when performing exercises inside of the cage. This rack features a chin up bar for additional exercises.

Power Cage Options
FTS Hi/Low Pulley Option (#48054) – This option turns the FTS Power Rack into a multi-function rack and cable machine. Utilize 1” standard plates on the weight carriage pegs in order to perform various exercises on the Lat Pull Down or Low Row.
FTS 200lb Weight Stack Conversion Kit (#48056) – This option turns the weight carriage of the Hi/Low Pulley option into a selectorized weight stack with 200lbs of weight. In order to utilize this option, the Hi/Low Pulley option must also be purchased as it is the base of the cable attachment for the FTS Power Cage. **The 200lb Weight Stack Conversion Kit cannot be used for the FTS Power Cage without the Hi/Low Pulley Option**
FTS 2″ Olympic Adapter Sleeve (#48010) – The 2” Olympic Adapter Sleeve can be used on the Hi/Low Pulley option to allow 2” Olympic plates to be utilized on the weight carriage pegs.
FTS Plate Storage Attachment (#48055) – The FTS Plate Storage Attachment attaches to the FTS Power Cage to provide additional storage for your York Barbell Plates. Four Storage pegs can accommodate 1” plates or 2” plates with the addition of FTS 2” Olympic Adapter Sleeves.
